    Hi,

    I travelled to USA with H4 visa. But now my H1 has been approved. Will I be able to start working on H1 visa from 1st Oct 2008? Or do I need to get my new H1 visa stamped before start working on H1 visa?

    You may have 2 different visas but you can use it one at a time, so to make life easier for you, I would recommend having H-1 stamped.
