Central Air Conditioning Unit Not Cooling
Last night my temperature was set on 77 degrees on my Central AC towards the end of the night, the house started getting hotter, I looked at the AC Thermostat and it read 83 degrees in the home and it never cooled off. This morning it still read 83 degrees and still warm and I turned the Central AC off. I could still hear the unit running from outdoors, so I was wondering could this be the compressor or something else The unit was installed in March 2003 when I built my home, so I thought it was muich too soon for the compressor to be going on within this time frame of 5 years. Do you have any suggestions or conclusions of what the problem could be?
