I have dark marks on my legs left by scratching as I had eczema.

I have been suffering with it for about 8 years, please advise how I can get rid of the mark... any natural remedies?

You can try kojic acid, licorice acid etc.. They may work depending on the severity or the marks and also your skins ability to lighten via usage of these products.
