I am on L1 visa ins US and would be going for a court marriage in India
Without the consent of my parents. I want to bring my wife to US on L2
After marriage.

Will the consullate accept this marriage as valid bcoz it was done without
Parental consent. There will also not be any marriage pics with all the ceremonies and will parents or relatives

How much time will it take after this marriage for us to get her visa stamped?

Also do I need to get my name endorsed in her passport?

If the marriage is recognized by the law in your country, it is fine but you must be able to submit other proofs of relationship to convince the consulate that this is genuine, not marriage for convenience.
