Bleached burnt frizzed out hair solution
I have been dying my daughters hair for a while. This time we have the underneath black th top was bleached white and the ends are blue. It changed it feels like a brillo pad its frizzy and dead looking. Help what can I do to bring it back? We can't even get a comb in it. Any solutions that don't cost hundreds of dollars?

How often are you dying her hair?
Are you dying and bleaching too close together?

I would use Aussie 3 minute miracle. If she is staying home for an entire day she can leave it on for a long time and wear a shower cap.

And use a shampoo like Garnier Fructis and conditioner until it becomes less brillo and frizzy.
Once it isn't so damaged I would change to a PH balanced shampoo.

Then I would start using a hot flat iron.
You might be able to use one now but with it damaged to that degree I don't know if you should wait awhile or not.
Wal Mart and other stores have them for around $30.

Frederik Fakkai (sp?) smoothing glossing cream will make your hair easy to get a comb through. They sell it now at Bath and Body Works. I have highlights and due to the bleach if I don't condition it really good and then put some of that in my hair it's a huge ball of knots. And you don't have to use much. I use about the size of a pea. I let my hair air dry and then I use a hot iron on it. They also sell protecting spray for your hair so you don't cause further damage to it. I have a hair straightener from WalMart and it does an OK job, but I had bought a professional salon straightener from Sally Beauty supply for on ly $40 and it worked SO much better. My hair was straighter and softer. The little bit of money really does make a huge difference. Hope you find something that works!
