Unit cools great, too great. Air handler will not turn off. Woke up last night to 70 degrees, therm. Was set to 78. All oher functions sem to be fine. I can only manually turn the system off.
    Any ideas?
This happened once before when we where on vacation, came home to the winter wonder land. Some kind of relay I suspect.

Usually the fan keeps running on the inside or the outdoor unit never shuts off. To have the entire AC stay on, it would generally mean somethiing is wrong with the "call for cool" circuit. It can be with the thermostat wirin, the thermostat or the control board.

Since in AC, the stat controls the fan, I'm more inclined to think stat or wiring. I doubt you have the Infinity control.
