He is really into me but i dont like him the same....and i dont want to hurt his feelings. Be honest and tell him how you feel, it's not right to string someone else along. Tell him now, that way if he meets someone he's interested in he can feel free to pursue her.

It can really help if you write down exactly what you want from the relationship. Once it's very clear in your head, talk to him about it (don't show him what you wrote of course.) As Altenweg said, be honest. Don't play games with the feelings of another person.

Be honest... You will hurt the feelings more by stringing this person along. Better to let the truth out now, then later... It will hurt a lot more the longer you leave it.
