How can I erase my black hair dye?
I just dyed my hair today. I was hoping to have my top section of my hair black with a few streaks going down the side but it turned out navy blue and it dyed some of my blonde streaks a putrid periwinkle blue. Is there anyway I can completely dissolve the dye myself without going to a hair salon?

Coat it with another color or just let it grow to be cut later. Whichever you prefer. Nothing else.

Hair color isn't removable. Not permanent hair color.. You need to either bleach it and place another color on it if you are going lighter... or you need to place a darker color over top of it. And invest in a better quality dye. Make sure its not a navy blue if your going for black.
