You need to marry your boyfriend and get the biological fathers consent.

Unless you can prove that the biological father is unfit in some major way, you can not have his rights terminated for an adoption without his consent.

And most states won't allow a fiancé to adopt---get married first.

However--if you're just doing this because you don't like the bio dad, and the bio dad is up to date on child support and tries to be a part of the child's life---it won't happen.
