What doew this mean? Bad drive? I have a disk in the drive and ran sysinfo
Nothing new installed recently?
I personally had the same drive with same problem and had to replace it a few months ago
What you can do is to go to device mgr and right click on the drive and choose uninstall and say OK - once drive is uninstalled, restart computer and computer should pick up the cd rom drive and install the driver for it and see if it works
You can try to update the drive firmware also
