Dodge d150 won't spark need an expert
My truck is a 1985 dodge ram royal se with a 5.2L carbureted engine. My problem is that it won't spark.
    I have installed brand new:
    Distributor
    Spark plugs
    Spark plug wires
    Ignition coil
    And ignition control module

I shouldn't say that it won't spark actually because it will every once in a blue moon 10-20 turnovers of the engine( and that's one checking on the #1 cylinder)

    Thank you for your time

. Check all under-hood and under-dash fuses with a test light or multimeter:

Be thorough or you'll end up wasting time and money.

    . Check for codes.

. Check for power going from the ignition switch to the distributor. Turn the ignition switch ON. Measure voltage between BLK/YEL (+) terminal and body ground. There should be 12+ volts read. If not, repair open in BLK/YEL wire between the connector and ignition switch. Consider checking the ignition switch and harness for wear, pitting, or melting, if necessary.
