    lien property
I have an ex-husband who has refused to sign off truck and boat for 7 years, meanwhile I've been storing the vehicles which have now lost most of their value and can not get title to sell and now by law changes can not licence any more. Ive had terrible trouble, been into court my ex states to the judge, I'm lying and he just took care of it.. she believes any nothing happens. I now just want to lien his property/business the 35,000 this has cost, i.e. 100 each for storage for 8 years and the value of the vehicles and attorney fees. How do I do this or can I. mary

For that kind of money, you will need to hire an attorney and sue him in civil court.

If there is a good chance of collecting this, you should be able to find an attorney to take it on a contingency basis.

Most will discuss the case the first time for no fee just to look at your options.
