    Where is the fuel filter located on a 2006 honda accord v6? Thanks noboat

    The fuel filter is built into the fuel pump: located inside the fuel tank.
    Are you certain that you need a fuel filter?

    No I am not. I am pretty sure that it is eithe the fuel filter or the fuel pump.

    What are you drivability symptoms and what have you tried so far to fix it?

    The engine turns over, but when it catches, it chugs for 3 or 4 secs like only 3 cylinders are firing, then quits. Finally started yesterday, the chugging slowly disappeared, drove it around the block, which ran smooth. Then parked back in the driveway, turned the engine off, and tried to restart, and the same symptoms were back again, and it wouldn't start. Still won't start this morning.
