We're hosting a birthday party and 40 people are invited -- this includes kids. I'm planning to make loose meat maidrites and want to know... how many pounds of hamburger should I prepare?

I would say to make about 12-15 lbs. What I base that on is a recipe that feeds 10-12 and calls for 3 lbs. Sounds good. Enjoy!
