I am 15 days delayed, could I be preganant. I'm not ready yet to have a baby
Actually me and my partner had a withdrawal process, without considering the date. I also have my regular monthly period, I am now 15 days delayed but still negative on 4 different brand pregnancy test, I also use the test first thing in the morning. I also have stomach cramping as well as frequent urinating and headache. I am now being paranoid and confused of what's happening to me. Help me I'm not ready yet to have a baby:confused: I need any comment/suggestion/recommendation. :(

The withdrawal method is not irth control by any means. If you are not ready to become prgnt. Use birth control, i.e. condom. If you want a diffinitive answer on your situation go get a blood test. Another word for girls who use your method of birth control, mommies

That is quite a difficult situation to be in, I can only imagine what you are going through
The best thing you can do for yourself, is go see your doctor and know you real story and start planning for the future because a baby is a big step, you and your boyfriend must just support each other.

    Good Luck.

If you mean by "withdrawal" that he pulled out before he finished, that is not a birth control method, there are 1000's of sperm in all of the early fluids. Even using a condom ( they average a 10 percent failure rate) you could still get pregnant. At this point you have to wait and see.

Also do a Yahoo or Google search on birth control and find out some good facts. Who ever told you that pulling out worked lied.

Ok before I get up on my soapbox, yes, you could be pregnant, or you could not. It is a waiting game and the best way to know for sure is to go to your doctor.

Now I'm a firm believer in if you are mature enough to have sex, then you are mature enough to have a baby. Use birth control, but if it does fail, you should be prepared to raise a kid. It's OK to not want it and use protection and get pregnant anyway and then have it and raise it, but if you are not willing to do that, don't have sex. If you are not going to have the baby if you get pregnant, you shouldn't have sex. It's just that simple.

And no, withdrawal is not a form of birth control. How old are you? Surely you know about the effectiveness of certain birth control methods through health class or something, right?

    Ok, soapbox is unmanned now.

Honey, you are worrying way too much... those preganncy tests are not jokes, and, since you are 15 days late then if you really are pregnant, then they should show up positive... and they didn't!
Besides, while the withdrawal methid is indeed not birth control

*** such poor information that can seriously damage teem health it has been edited out*****

Actually, there are sperm in precum.

Is there sperm in "precum"??? --The Doctors Lounge(TM)

That was probably made up by some guy who didn't want to use a condom. Almost every site admits that there is at least the possibility of it depending on certain factors.

Dear all, Thanks for your comments/recommendations and suggestion. It made me 50% calm, Actually I haven't period until now, But I already went to the OB and suggest me to undergone onto Ultrasound, urine test as well as blood test, this coming, she also advise me to lose weight since I'm 5'7" being fat is not good. Now I'm still worrying because she said that it may be polycystic ovarian cyst for which I have no idea about it.

... your OB said all that?

... that's a bit odd... the whole "lose weight" and it may be poc... without any symptoms?

And the ultrasound?! Seems... a bit too much.

I'm glad you're going in for a test... as many have said, the withdrawal method isn't really a "method" however, after 4 negative hpts (granted you used these following the instruction... morning urine... not watered down... etc) it seems unlikely that you're pregnant, but then again, they have failed many times as well.

Only way to know... sorry to say, is the waiting game. Best wishes.
