Yes, it can be because of the last injection. It can take a number of months, sometimes more than a year, for some women to gain back their fertility after the last injection. Would be wise to talk to your doctor about wanting to get pregnant and discuss ways to best prepare in the meantime such as taking a prenatal, getting into a regular exercise routine, eating well, etc. so that you will be in the best possible shape for when you do become pregnant.
