You cannot file Florida state tax because there is no such tax in Florida!
Vaya
Vaya is correct; Florida is one of seven state that has NO state income tax.

Form IT-203 (non-resident/Part-Year Resident return). You can get it off the New York state government website.
If Florida does not have income tax, how come my employer deducted taxes from my pay check from 2010 through 2011?
Those may have been for federal income taxes and FICA (Social Security and Medicare) taxes.
I moved to fla in oct 2011, I have not worked since I moved.I came from NY. Where do I file my taxes.
No state tax requirement for Florida.
You WILL have to file a part-year resident return (Form IT-203) for NY state.

My home is in Virginia. I am currently a student in Florida and have a job here. I understand Florida does not have a state tax. Do I still need to file with the state of Virginia?
Unless you have transferred your residency to Florida, you DO have an obligation to file a Virginia state income tax return and PAY Virginia taxes on the income earned in Florida, because all states require you report all world-wide income.
Do l have to file federal taxes form, if I live in FL and I am 65+ and getting social security
It depends mainly on how much, and married/single, msagol13. Get a short form and see. If you are below a certain amount, you won't have to.
If Social Security is your ONLY source of income, then, NO, you do NOT have to file a federal tax return.
Good advice; you probably ARE eliginle for free filing IF you have to file, which is unlikely.
