Help! I am stuck in Costa Rica, Central America. Running a 2001 Ford F350, 7.3 turbo diesel. Driving on the highway at 50 mph last night and the engine just shut down. Stuck in the middle of the road. Will not start. Plenty of cranking power. Have plenty of fuel pressure (opened the filter bowl drain and turned the key to on and shipped good amount of fuel). Had Cam Sensor replaced two years – 60k miles ago – but symptoms were not the same. Please advise – I do not have confidence in the local diesel mechanics to trouble shoot this relatively new engine. Thanks - David
