How to charge a fresh unit
I have a heil central ac, and I would like to know how do you charge the high side and the low side its capacity is 34 ounces

    hvac1000
In order to do that you need to have a EPA certificate. If you have the required certification you already know how to handle the refrigerant charge procedure safely. The fine for being unauthorized/uncertified is $25,000.00 if you get caught or reported.

I`m sorry,, It really sounds like you need to call in a hvac tech
We can`t tell you all you need to know from here,
Are you certified in hvac ? If you are you should know much more than you are showing us,, at least you should know what kind of refrigerant your ac uses,, if you don`t you are breaking all kinds of laws by trying to do it yourself,,
