I have found a few pills in my medicine cabinet. They are white, oblong, with a score mark on oneside, and no other identifying marks. They look similar to Hydrocodone 7.5/500, but they are longer. I've looked up rxlist.com, and another site, drugs.com, both that help you identify pills. I can't find this one... can someone please help?!

I would take them to your Pharmacist and ask - I am very nervous about identifying medication from photos or descriptions.

If they are oblong with no identifying marks I would wonder if they are over the counter pain relievers of some sort - ?
