How much notice to be out do they have to give?
I am in Florida, and my home was being foreclosed on, but then I included it in the bankruptcy we filed. My question is, when do we have to be out of the house? We are staying until the sale date, but do they by law have to notify us via courier or mail of the date of sale? I just don't want to have them knocking on our door the day of or a few days before we have to be out of the house. Do they have to lawfully give 30 days notice?

    Thank you for your help.

By law, no. They do have to inform you of the date of sale or when the foreclosure becomes final. But effectively immediately, you would have no legal right to remain.

In reality though, especially considering the current housing crisis, you will be given a reasonable time to relocate.
