    I move in June 1st 2008, my lanlord do not return my deposit yet. Even He do not answer my phone. How I can get hus address, is not in the phone book

    Check the county where the property is located. They should have an appraisal district, or other entity that has public records that are easy to access. Often on the computer. Just look up the property address and see who is listed as the owner and it will give the mailing address that the tax bill goes to.
