Hello... hope someone can help me out here.
There is a massive amount of condensation on the tank of the toilet. After checking things out I realized that the water was above the fill tube causing water to constantly run. I fixed that thinking problem was solved but I still have lots of condensation on tank and the bowl too. Is this a air problem or something I'm not seeing... I'm new at this fixing stuff

Condensation on a toilet tank (condensation anywhere) happens because the tank holds cold water and the outside air in your bathroom is moist and warm. Like setting a cold can of soda pop out on a table, water from the air condenses onto the side of the can and the can gets wet. Once the soda pop is warm, that doesn't happen. And that's the key here. You can get a mixing valve installed onto the pipe that supplies the water to your toilet tank to mix in some hot water from the hot water pipes so that your toilet water won't be as cold to attract condensation.

Wallabee nailed it. Relative humidity is the key. My toilet will get condensation when its very warm and humid and I'm to cheap to turn on the AC. The mixing valves does work if you don't mind flushing with warm water, you will on use about 3 quartes of hot water. I don't know where you live or your climate but this will help. Turn your thermostat to FAN ON rathe than FAN AUTO. This will kjeep the air moving and actually make a house more comfortable year round. You may think this will use tons of power but it only uses about 10% more than FAN AUTO.
