    Late charge
Can a apartment complex charge one full months rent if they have it marked down on the move out form that I move out 06/02/08 and moved in on 06/06/07 but, charged me for the month of 07/01/08 plus $200.00 extra dollars

Depending on the terms of the lease, and the landlord tenant laws where you live, yes, it is certainly possible.

Check the statutes for your jurisdiction.

I agree with progunr - it's possible - depending on your lease and local (state) landlord/tenant property code.

I'm also a little confused. Is the $200 the late fee? Did you give notice of your intent to move out? If so when, how much notice, and how much does your lease say you must give? I know you said when you moved in, but what does your lease state for the ending date?
