    How to lose 40 pounds FAST!
    Hi, I'm new to this site... I just wanted to ask how to lose 40 or more pounds as fast as possible... I would really like to lose 40 pounds in at least a month I know its not going to be easy and probably not very healthy but I just want the weight gone!

    If you do manage to lose the weight (which I honestly don't believe is possible) what do you plan to do with all that skin?

    You have to lose it slowly so you don't end up flabby.

    I don't know if you can even lose that much weight in a month not eating at all and exercising 12 hours a day, disregarding the fact that you can't live if you go that long not eating anyway. Be healthy. There are ways you can lose weight fast, but they wouldn't be as healthy as losing 1-2 pounds a week, and if you were to try them for longer than a week, while you may lose a few more pounds, your health with definitely suffer. Your immune system will conk out and you will have NO energy and could faint and seriously injure yourself while exercising (I've seen it happen). Trust me, go the healthy route. You could do irreparable damage otherwise, then it won't matter how much weight you lose.

    You can do a crash diet. Unless you are exercising and eating healthy to begin with. All that weight will come back.

    It is very possible to lose 40 pounds or more if you have enough "extra weight" on you.

    Im not sure why you would want to lose that much weight (going to the beach? :p )

    I would say cardio, weight lifting, balanced diet, sleep.

    Cardio at least 20mins a day (more for you obviously).

    Weightlifting at least 3 times a week for 45mins

    Balanced diet ; Low fat, low sugar, low cal etc..

    And sleep! 8-10 hours is all you need!
