    Child Custody
How do I give up the rights to my children and does that make any child support go away? I have a very difficult ex and I can't fight him in court anymore. I need help! I am willing to do everything to get him out of my life including giving up my children whom I love very much.

You probably can't give up your rights to your children, unless your ex is with someone who is waiting to adopt them. Just because you give up your rights (if you were able to) doesn't mean you don't have to pay child support. If you elaborate on the situation, maybe we can suggest alternatives to giving up your kids.

What state are you in? That makes a big difference but as already said if you give a little more detail we could probably help a lot more because you most likely won't be able to sign away your children and all but five states (I think) still require support payments even if a TPR is granted unless the step mom is willing to adopt.
