I guess I need to modify my last question. I have been contacted by creditors and I negotiated out of one of my debts and was unable to do so on another. I was wondering if the credit card company will bother seeking a court judgement on small amounts of credit debt sa under $10,000 or under $5,000? And I am also wondering what would be the consequence if we enter a depression?

It is VERY likely that you will be pursued for your debt.

I don't understand what a depression has to do with money you owe?

I work for a credit repair company and they may put a judgement on you. I would say they probably won't, You can prevent being sued if you send 25 dollars per month because they can't say you are not trying.
