my boyfriend is great, a real nice sweet guy. But most of his friends are so uhhh I don't even know the word.
they party all the time
get drunk, high w/e just to escape w/e probs they have
some are overly promiscuous and hook up w/ random people all the time or to make someone feel badly
they even branded my boyfriend a year ago when he was drunk and now he has a huge scar from the quarter they used on his back.
a few are very possessive and don't like me because he spends time with me, though I let him hang out with them when they invite him to do stuff. I am always afraid for his safety when he goes out because I think that his friends don't think about consequences of their actions.
I mean, my boyfriend isn't exactly an angel, but he's quiet and says big parties aren't his thing but he still goes and I think its because his friends really pressure him.
he's been friends with them forever.
is there anything that can make me feel better when he goes out with them so I won't worry so much? Should I go out w/ him more?

OK. Quick question! How long have you dated? I'm going to say that one thing to stop him from doing anything wrong is a guilty conscience. I will admit that I used to party and drink and get high and all that. Your question sounds like my old life. I was the guy that your husband is. All my friends are partiers and I am still friends with them. When I would be dating someone, they always hated it because I would be with her and not them, but she whoever I would be dating never minded it that much. I am a very honest guy though, and I know wrong from right, hopefully your boyfriend does to. But my point is that I could never do anything wrong that would compromise my relationship with my girlfriend. I got out of all the drugs and things thank god, and so did my friends.
