I asked for validation on a debt from a collection attorney and they sent me a letter back stating that they were not going to collect and had returned the debt back to the original creditor. So does this mean that the original creditor will sue now? The debt was for $1100.00 thanks

You can be sure the original creditor will try and get their money back somehow. And I don't think you will have to wait very long before you hear from another collection agency. The premise is that they hound you until you agree to pay to get rid of them.
