    Pins & Needles
Hi, I have had Pins & Needles in the left side of my left hand for 5-6 days now, it sometimes dies down but never actually stops, like right now its really bad, doesn't hurt, just annoying pins & needles! It starts at the top of my little finger in my left hand, keeps in line with my little finger all the way down to my wrist? What is this?
It doesn't affect any other fingers, or my other hand. Its really weird AND annoying!

You are going to need an appt with your physician who will probably refer you to a neurologist to check for nerve abnormalities. Do you use your wrists a lot, typing, repetitive work using hands / wrists? Is there anything that helps it "die down"? Good luck and you should make yourself an appt.

Well, both of my wrists took a battering when I used to play as a goalkeeper in football and at two different times due to football I had to go to the hospital because my wrists just gave way, and went back (but they weren't broken or fractured or anything like that, didn't have to have my wrists in plaster, just in a sling for about a week for each wrist.)
Also, playing the PS3 normally helps it die down, not sure if that's because I am concentrated on a game or because of the position the wrist/hand is in. I don't actually play games on it that much though so my hand isn't on the controller that much.
    Thanks for the reply!
