    Preparing a Motion
How do I prepare a motion to change custody, I know someone who is going through a contested divorce, but the custody was determined by the court in favor of the other party.
They have not made proper visitation as agreed by court. Therefore I want to prepare a motion asking court to modify the agreement, how do I prepare a motion to hold parent in contempt of court for not complying with visitation schedule? How do I begin the Motion? Do you have a sample of a motion?

Sounds as though you are confusing two separate actions: 1) Motion For Contempt, and 2) Complaint To Modify Custody. As far as I'm aware, they can't be joined, but must be pursued separately.

    This may help.

But to be honest, with something as important as your children you should have an attorney

Interactive legal forms for the motions that you need for court. Because these are not trade secrets of attorneys.
