Programs in HD get cut off left and right. On the program NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC, you can only read NAT. Some people on the soccer field are missing.
Neighbor has a different TV and does not have this problem. Same Dish receiver.
Setting is on ZOOM and we cannot get to it with our controls.
Do we have to get a repair person?It is a 50 inch Panas. Plasma TV.
Any answer would be appreciated.

The problem is that you are looking at a "Zoomed" image, not the full image.

Why can't you get to the "Setup Menu to set your screen to the correct image size?
