In the state of Virginia what is considered an abandoned house?

What do you mean by abandoned ? For a tenant to be moving out before you can take it back?

A house is always owned by someone, and you can not just "TAKE" the house, you will have to buy it from the owner, that may be the bank, that may be a estate, or it may be the county.
