2002 Mercury Sable, 24 valve with 73k miles on, I would like to know what's good for a sticky fuel injector without having it replace?

If it's not too bad, you can try Chevron Techron or Shell Regane. It may or may not work. Some people clean tip in an ultrasonic cleaner. It's best on Sables to replace the fuel filter every 25,000 miles.
