I have every sign of pregnancy, but a negative test. Why was my test negative?

Could be too early... could be you are about due for a period to come on (symptoms can be quite similar for some people). Are you late for a period yet? Some women don't get a positive result for weeks after a missed period.
Give it another week and see what happens... then try another test. You could always see your doctor, but they usually perform a urine test in the office anyway... they might do a blood test if you ask.

I had to have a blood test done because I have low hormone levels so a regular test wouldn't read. And sometimes if you worry too much your mind can play tricks and put symptoms there that aren't really there,
