    Crossbreed traits
I am going to look at a crossbreed puppy. Mum is a jack russell and dad is a border terrier. Is it possible to say if the pup will have more mum or dad traits? He looks like dad, I do like both breeds but am keener to get a border this time.

It's a guessing game maxtpax to say what traits the pup will have more or less from mom or dad. Crossbreeds, as you probably know, make excellent pets. Only downside I can see from Jack Russells is their clowning abilities which seem to put some people off. It wears thin after a while.

Not really sure which he will be more like. He could look like one and act like the other...

He's intelligent, but he can also be stubborn and hard headed, that's my boy.
