There is no sure fire way to get him back, the relationship ended to one reason or another so it's time to realize that. Read the stickies at the top of the first page, then start No Contact. Delete everything that may be able to get in contact with him, myspace, Facebook, phone number, e-mail address and screen names. ALL of it has to go so you can properly heal.
