Is the ac fan (outside) supposed to stay on?
Our central ac is making weird sounds and the fan (outside) is not running? Is it supposed to stay on? If it is does anyone have any possible solutions for what might be wrong with it?
    Thanks

    Stratmando
When Cooling, the Outside Fan and Compressor should be on, provided power in and out of Contactor(Load side of contactor should have power if 24 Volts from thermostat present at contactor coil)
If fan spins free, may be Capacitor.
