Honeywell thermostat RTH 230B wiring issue
OK all you electricians out there. I need assist PDQ. The folks at HD told me this thermostat was as easy as 1,2,3, but not having any installation and wiring experience have put this old granny in a tiz. I was able to remove old round honeywell easily, and pull and mark the wires (4) wires, but cannot figure out for the life of me, where to insert the wires in the terminals. First thought was from the top, but there are no holes to push wires into even though they are marked with alpha letters. My next thought was from the front but this would most definitely interefere with plugging in the thermostat. It's 95 degrees and I'm frustrated. Kids are too busy to help so I thot I'd show them! Can't afford an electrician, so I am hopeful you can help me out here. HELP!

Lossen the screw and slip the wire the plactic area below the screw then tighten the screw.

If you cannot do that I suggest you call a professional to preform a ON SITE call to your home to do it for you. Sorry but it is a very easy job and anyone should be able to do it.
