No hot water through new kitchen faucet
    Hi
We just put in a new water faucet and sink. We get good cold water pressure but we are getting no hot water at all.

    Can someone help?

Sounds like you broke some mineral built up in the pipe wall loose and now it's clogging the hot water inlet. What's the brand name of your faucet? Model number? One handle or two knobs? Back to you. Tom

    Hi Tom
It is a Moen faucet, with one lever with a pull-out spout (pre 2003 model).
We have completely taken it apart. I've taken the under sink shut off valve off and taken it apart to inspect the gasket, Every now and then the pressure will change but it will never get anything close to desirable. The cold side works perfect. All the other faucets in my house work like advertised.

Switch supply lines at stop valves, hot to cold, cold to hot. If problem changes to no cold water, you have blockage in valve. If problem does not change you have blockage in hot water pipe. When you had hot water stop valve apart did you check for pressure.

Thanks so much for your help.

We finally got it working tonight.
It was a mineral deposit blockage. We stuck a straw in the copper pipe connecting the hose and cleared it.
