Hi ,I'm a teen girl with guy problems. I really like this guy named shawn. Im not sure if he likes me though. We hang out and when I look at him, he stares back and smiles for a few seconds. I like this guy so much that I even started skateboarding because he's a skater and that's all he talks about. I was shocked when I did this because people say that I'm conceited and a girly- girl. The real question is does he like me?
You can be extra nice but don't try so hard. Impress by excelling on something, having good grades so any man will be so lucky to have you.
Its never good that a guy will want to date you just because he knows you like him but doesn't have same interest as you. You will only be taken advantage, get laid and be used. Not good.
Well I understand what you feel. I was the same as well.. I agree with what ylaira said.. but don't be too obvious that you like him.. cause if he does notice it.. he might abuse it.. don't show him that you could do anything for him. But if you take it slowly and make sure he isn't some boy who could get anygirl he wants.:P cause if he is.. he could find another one in just a snap. Well I experienced the same thing.I really thiked this guy, but then I just left it that way. But when I just was acting normal and we got to be friends he found out and yet nothing much happened until he as well started to court me cause he saw that kindess and what he wants in a girl.. so if it could happen to me then it can as well to you.. but if ever he leaves you. But the skating thing, yeah that's got to stop. Unless you actually like it! Then I'm sorry but it seems like you started just to impress but that's a huge no no. do little things to impress him like maybe spend an extra minute doing your make up or hair. Or smile at him. But don't totally change your whole image. You should never change for a person. He should like you the way you are, if he doesn't then he's not worth it but trust me what I told you will work :)
Your doing the wrong thing by changing just because he likes something, he obviously likes you, even if it is as just a friend because of the person you are.. dont need to change and be the same as him. I love football, I talk about it a lot, although I wouldn't go out with a girl if she liked football..Quote:
