Placing a Lien on Lawsuit defendant's property
I am located in the state of New Jersey and involved (as Plaintiff) in a breach of contract Real estate case. The party who was supposed to buy the property involved has since started action to liquidate their real estate assests in New Jersey, "to move out of state".
As in the past they have used every legal delaying tactic they can to prolong the wait before going to court, I was wondering if it is legal to place a lien on their properties, as there is no way of knowing how far "out of state" they may be planning on moving?
