Loss of water in outside spicket
I have loss all water to outside spicket except for a short spit after water is turned off. I replaced the valve and still no luck. Any other things that I can look at? Water bill remains the same. Thanks

When you removed the old spigot did you turn your main on to see if you had a full flow of water with it removed?

You may have a broken valve inside the facet or there may be a rust calcium buldup inside choking the water off. Open the valve and then push a cut wire coat hanger an inch or two into the line. If it is blocked then you know where the problem is. If not then the problem is further down the line or there is another valve that controles the flow of water.
