My kids and I had to leave the family home due to domestic violence. At presant I am living with friends but its not an ideal suitation as we (kids and I) need our own home.

We have a second house, and it was agreed in court that the tenants were leaving and we could move into that. However, my husband put more tenants into the house, the night before the old tenants left. So now we can't go in there. Does anyone know what I can do??

How is the court case developing? Who is the plaintiff?

If the divorce court gave your authority over the rental house, your husband broke that court order you take him back to court to have him found in contempt, you give the new tenant notice to move since they did not rent from the legal landlord, if the court gave you control of that property.
