I'm installing a whole house fan. How should I connect 3 electrical wires in black, red, and white from the motor to house wire in black, white, and ground copper wires?

Need to determine the Black and red? 2 speed? 240? with the white, 120?

Probably 2 speed. Did it come with a switch? How about instructions?
