    Alternator Brushes and PCV valves and tube
    I am wanting to replacement alternator brushes and a PCV valve and tube for my 1996 Honda Civic Ex. Where can I get these parts for cheap?

    Search for alternator rebuilders on line. Give them a call and see if they'll sell you what your need. Several years ago I bought new alternator brushes ($3.00) and front and rear bearings ($15.00) from an outfit in South Carolina for my 1993 Civic. Can't remember their name. Be sure to get American-made or Canadian-made bearings.

    O'Reilly Auto Parts has the cheapest PCV Valves, I've seen, for Civics. Use brake cleaner spray to clean your PCV Valve hose--it still should be good.
