Hello, Yesterday I dyed my hair with Loreal Preference Ultra Light Brown and it turned my roots purple. I think I didn't leave it on long enough, or the dye was old but I can't go anywhere looking like this. I wonder if I should re-dye it and how long to leave the dye on this time. It says 30 minutes but I wonder if that will wreck my hair. I have been dying my own hair for many years with no other problems till now. I tried contacting Loreal but their CONTACT web site is down and their phone is continually busy. Please help, it would be most appreciated. Rose

Hi! As far as I'm concerned, hair dyeing or hair coloring can damage our hair It might be the cause of brittlenes of hair.. . So I suggest you should stop doing it... It's your choice... Good luck to you.
