I'm 15 years old and I have not had sex. I noticed 4 little rows of skin on my penis head about a year ago and I have no idea why they are there, or how they got there. They do not hurt at all, but sometimes are a little more sensitive then the rest of my glands. Should I be worried about this or is this just extra skin? Does anyone have any clue what they are?

Also, I noticed that my line of circumcision is rather large, is this normal also?
