    Scrip erron on web page
    Hello,
I have a website which has many partial page updates. I get this error message A script on this page is causing IE to run slowly. If it continues to run ,your computer may become unresponsive. Do you want to abort this script
    Yes no.

So Ihave been researching about this problems and everyone is saying that the script I' m running is crossing the IE threshold of operations which is giving rise to this error. I do not know if that is correct and if yes how would I get rid f this error without refreshing .Because if I refresh I would loose some data which is important and this website is in prod of 6 months now and cannot make any major changes to the page.
Please can you give me an alternate solution to get rid of this error.

    Thanks
    Amulu

Have you tried another browser, there are a couple to try to see if they would not get problems you are having with this page

    Here a couple if interested
    Opera browser: Home page

Mozilla | Firefox web browser & Thunderbird email client

These may not address your problem with IE, but may be a work around for the page that seems to have this problem until some answers come around
