Welcome to AMHD. Who is 'they'? Do you have a court order, or what?

If he doesn't work there then there is nothing you can do. You may need to hire a detective agency to see if he's working there or not.

well this is or may be great, if he really is working there, since if they ignore the court order they can actually be liable to pay all the money they don't hold out, and in some placed the entire amount due.

So you hire a PI to prove he is working there, and sue him and take his place of work to court to.

What also matters though is how he is employed as far as taxes are concerned. If they are hired as an individual contractor (many places do this) the company can simply say "no".
